UK Delivery

We send our parcels within the UK via Royal Mail, (smaller items) Parcel Force, TNT, Hermes and UPS (larger items)

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within five working days (i.e. Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays).  However, dispatch times may vary according to product availability. Delivery within the UK is normally two working days after dispatch. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Whilst we will endeavour to meet any stated dispatch and delivery dates / times, we cannot guarantee these and we will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage suffered by you as a result of any delay or failure to deliver which is due wholly or partly to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including adverse weather conditions or backlogs at Royal Mail or UPS.

 

Urgent Orders

We don’t currently offer next day delivery in the UK but if  you need a product urgently please call the office on: 0208 675 4637 and we will do our best to help.  Please note there will be an additional charge for same day delivery.

 

Out of stock items

We endeavour to keep our website up to date with regard to stock availability. However, if you order an item which is out of stock we will let you know when we expect it to be available and you will have the option to either cancel your order or to receive email updates on the next delivery of that product.

Shipping to a different delivery address

We are happy to arrange delivery of your order to an address that is different from your credit or debit card billing address. If you have not purchased from us before we may contact you before we process your order to verify that your credit or debit card is not being used fraudulently.

Delivery costs

The product prices on our website exclude the cost of delivery which will be as set out according to the weight of the item and the volumetric weight of the packaging, that is the length, width and height of the package the product is in.

Email address

Please note that we require a valid email address in order to confirm your order and update you on delivery.  We cannot process orders that do not have a valid email address.

 

 

Overseas delivery

 Europe

We ship to most European countries using a variety of courier services all of which are trackable.  Most European countries are listed in the drop down at checkout however, if your country isn’t listed, please email info@maudinteriors.com for a quote specifying the products you wish to order.

Please note that we cannot send parcels overseas without a valid contact telephone number and email address as we may need to contact you prior to dispatch and the courier company may need to contact you to arrange delivery.  Please also note that we are unable to send parcels overseas to a P O Box number.

Please also note your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. We have no control over these charges, we are not responsible for payment and we cannot predict their amount.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of the item and the length, width and height of the packaging, which is known as the volumetric weight.  We use a variety of courier services all of which are trackable.
