This website is operated by Maud interiors the trading name of N. Paisey. Maud interiors is a business established in England and its principle office is at 44 Gaskarth Road, London SW12 9NL.

2. Conditions Of Sale
Placing an order
Maud interiors accepts orders directly through this website. Card payments are processed securely via a third party payment system. All transactions are processed using a secure server. Maud interiors does not hold any customer card details. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We also accept card payments over the phone by calling 0208 675 4637 and payment by cheque from a UK bank account for UK orders made payable to Maud interiors. On the back of the cheque please write your home address and cheque guarantee number. Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. Please send the cheque with your postal address and a note of what you would like to purchase to:

How the contract is formed between you and us:
If you place an order via our website, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place as described below.
We will confirm our acceptance of your order by either sending you an e-mail that confirms that the products have been dispatched or by simply dispatching the products. The contract between us will only be formed when we dispatch the products.
Once we have accepted your order it becomes binding, subject to your rights of cancellation. We may decline you order at our discretion including in circumstances where we identify a pricing or product description error, the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
Pricing and availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details regarding product availability and pricing which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If your order is cancelled in these circumstances and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable.

Product images and description
We take every care to ensure that the description, images and specification of our products are correct. All Maud interiors products are made by hand so there may be a fractional variation in size. However, specifications, images and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products and of course the handmade nature of each product.

Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights and in particular, we will perform our obligations under these Terms with reasonable care and skill.
Any products we supply to you will be of satisfactory quality although we ask you to remember that some of our products are made of antique tribal textiles which have stood the test of time so may be worn or have some imperfections. In the unlikely event that we deliver a product to you that is not of satisfactory quality, you can contact us for a repair or replacement or, where this is not possible, for a refund.
We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of our obligations to you. We will not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations under these Terms by anything you (or anyone acting on your behalf) does or fails to do or due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.
You must follow any advice we give you to keep the products which we supply to you safe (including any care labels or instruction manuals provided with the products). We cannot accept liability for damage to products we have supplied which is caused by your failure to follow this advice.
In any event we will not be liable for any losses related to any business of yours including (without limitation) lost data, lost profits, lost revenues or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms affects Maud interior’s liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by English law. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you and we shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
